*If you are new to Jordan Minor Hockey whether that being new to hockey or have played elsewhere previously (even First Shift Program), please contact our registrar Sarah Wismer prior to registering online. HOUSE LEAGUE SCHEDULE
*Times will be confirmed closer to season start in September*
U7- Wednesday & Saturday
U8/U9- Wednesday & Saturday
U11- Friday & Saturday
*U13- Monday & Saturday
*U15- Monday & Wednesday
*U18- Tuesday, Thursday (no practices for this division)
*These divisions are subject to joining the Niagara District Local Loop if not enough teams are formed in order to keep in house. Parents will be informed prior to the season start if this route is taken.

Players will be moved to appropriate age group if registered in wrong group.
Mandatory Respect in Sport Parent Program
The OMHA mandates that at least 1 parent take the RESPECT IN SPORT PARENT PROGRAM (RiSP).
The Respect In Sport Parent Program is completely different from the Speak Out program.
Your child will NOT be allowed to participate if you do not have a Parent Respect In Sport Certificate!
If you already have RiSP but are registering a new player, you must link the new player to your RiSP account.

FEES
*Late Registration Fees apply after August 1st:
U7- $475 (2 sessions per week) AFTER AUGUST 1st - $575
U8/9- $720 (2 sessions per week)AFTER AUGUST 1st - $820
U11 - $885 (2 sessions/week & one local tournament)AFTER AUGUST 1st - $920

Every registration has a non-refundable $50 administration fee included.
Methods of Payment
- Mastercard & Visa accepted (payment plans offered if paying via credit card only. Must register prior to July 1st.).
- *E-transfer to [email protected] (include players name & division in comments) Payment plan is not available if paying by E-Transfer.
*If paying by e-transfer, FULL payment MUST be received within 48hrs after registering. Your spot is NOT reserved until payment is received in full. Please be respectful and don't make us chase you for payment!

Family Discounts
1. First two players registered are full price.
2. Third player $150 discount.
3. Fourth player onward $300/each discount.
*You must register all of your players at the same time, under one transaction to receive the discount(s).
REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be granted according to the date the request is received and in accordance to:
Before September 1 - 100% minus $50 administration fee.
September 1 to October 1 - 75% minus $50 administration fee.
October 2 to November 1 - 50% minus $50 administration fee.
After November 1st - will be reviewed by board.
$50 will apply to any NSF cheques or transactions.
WAITLISTS
Player Waiting Lists: will be generated based on the date that all registration requirements are fulfilled.
New this season *Goalie Waiting Lists: divisions with multiple goalies being registered as full time goalies may be waitlisted based on the number of players registered. You will be notified if your goalie is put on the waitlist. This order is determined on date registered and not if you have played in Jordan prior.
COACHING
*We need coaches, assistant coaches and trainers! Please help or our kids can't play!*
JLMHA reimburses for all training courses and police checks.

Volunteer Refunds of $150 per team coached, maximum of $300 will be issued in January-February 2025.
Anyone wishing to volunteer as a coach for the 2024-25 season needs to register in HCR 3.0/Spordle in their own account.
All coaches must have up to date coaching credentials and police checks. You will NOT be allowed on the bench until you are up to date.

Team/Special Requests
At the beginning of the season (September) any special requests are to be directed to the divisional convenor.
Please do not email the registrar.
Friend Requests are NOT guaranteed!
Select Program
Tryouts for select will take place approximately the last week of September & first week of October.
You must play house league to participate in select.
Select ice times vary but does include early weekday mornings (for some divisions) and weekends including Sundays.

If you cannot find your child's name, DO NOT CREATE A NEW SPORDLE ACCOUNT FOR YOUR PLAYER IF THEY HAVE PLAYED HOCKEY BEFORE ANYWHERE!
