*For the 2023-24 season, JLMHA will be playing all games in-house.
If in a division there are 3 teams or less, the Board of Directors will explore other options that may involve local travel.
House League Schedule
There will be NO Sunday play for house league.
U15 will have a practice every other Wednesday until Christmas.
This will be re-evaluated for the second half of the season based on attendance.
U18 are games only, no practices.
U7 (IP)- Wednesday & Saturday
(U8) U9- Wednesday & Saturday
U11- Friday & Saturday
U13- Monday & Saturday
U15- Monday & Wednesday
U18- Tuesday, Thursday & possibly the occasional Monday
1) Mandatory Respect in Sport Parent Program
Your child will NOT be allowed to participate if you do not have a Parent Respect In Sport Certificate!
The OMHA mandates that at least 1 parent take the the RESPECT IN SPORT PARENT PROGRAM.
The Respect In Sport Parent Program is completely different from the Speak Out program.
If you already have RiSP but are registering a new player you must link the new player to your RiSP account.

If paying by e-transfer, FULL payment MUST be received right after registering, your spot is NOT reserved until payment is received. Please be respectful and don't make us chase you for payment.

U7-IP $475 (2 sessions per week)
U9 $720 (2 sessions per week)
U11-U13 $885 (2 sessions/week & one local tournament)
U15 & U18 $820 (2 sessions/week)
Every registration has a non-refundable $50 deposit included.

U18 -15, 16 & 17 Years as of Dec 31 (Birth Years 2006/07/08)
U15 - 13 & 14 Years as of Dec 31 (Birth Years 2009/10)
U13 - 11 & 12 Years as of Dec 31 (Birth Years 2011/12)
U11 - 9 & 10 Years as of Dec 31 (Birth Years 2013/14)
U9 - 8 Years as of Dec 31 (Birth Year 2015)
U8 - 7 Years as of Dec 31 (Birth Year 2016)
U7 (IP) - 5 & 6 Years as of Dec 31 (Birth Years 2017/18)
We will move players to the proper age group if entered incorrectly.
4) Family Discounts
First two players registered are full price.
The 3rd player in a family receives a $100 discount.
Additional family members, after 3 players, each receive a $200 discount.
*You must register all of your players at the same time, under one transaction to receive the discount(s).
Waiting lists will be generated based on the date that all registration requirements are fulfilled.
*We need coaches, assistant coaches and trainers! Please help or our kids can't play!*
JLMHA reimburses for all training courses and police checks.
Volunteer Refunds of $150 per team coached, maximum of $300 will be issued in January-February 2024.
Anyone wishing to volunteer as a coach for the 2023-24 season needs to register in HCR 3.0/Spordle in their own account.

All coaches must have up to date coaching credentials and police checks.
You will NOT be allowed on the bench until you are up to date.

7) Refund Policy
Full refunds less a $50.00 administration fee per player will be given if the player withdraws prior to Sept. 30th, 2023.
After September 30th, refunds will be reviewed on an individual basis and only under extenuating circumstances.
8) Food Booth
We are always looking for workers in the food booth. The Safe Food Handlers Certificate is required as per public health.
Pay is $13/hour
*Convenor Needed - Open Board Position - Food Booth will not be open if this positions isn't filled*
9) Team Requests
At the beginning of the season any special requests are the be directed to the divisional convenor.
Friend Requests are NOT guaranteed.
10) Select Program
Tryouts for select will take place approximately the last week of September & first week of October.
You must play house league to participate in select.
Select ice times vary but include early weekday mornings and weekends including Sundays.

**Please note RETURNING PLAYERS: when you search your child's name when registering on the Spordle/HCR system and multiple accounts show up, please select the 1st one listed! If you cannot find your child's name, DO NOT CREATE A NEW SPORDLE ACCOUNT FOR YOUR PLAYER IF THEY HAVE PLAYED HOCKEY BEFORE ANYWHERE!
