2025-26 Coaching/Trainer Application
Are you interested in coaching or being a trainer for the upcoming 2025-26 season? Please fill out this form to the best of your ability. New this upcoming season, coaches and trainers will be chosen by our VP and Hockey of Operations, along side with help by each divisional convenor if needed.
  1. By submitting this form, I am aware this does not guarantee I will be automatically given the position I am applying for. 
  2. I'm aware I will hear as to which position I could be selected for no later than September 1, 2025. 
  3. I agree to follow-up with VP Sarah Wismer if selected to ensure my credentials are up-to-date, and if they are not, I'm aware these will be due no later than the first day of the season (mid-Sept).
