This past weekend (Feb 6-8), all 4 of our select teams travelled down to Amherstburg, ON to participate in their 1st Annual Repko-Laframboise Memorial Select Tournament.
With our Lions coming out roaring, once again all 4 teams moved on from round robin play to the semis!
U15 Jordan Lions
Played a great semi-final game, but had a tough loss against what would be the U15 Finalist, the Ayr Flames.
U18 Jordan Lions
Everyone is still talking about their tying goal in their semi-final game with less than 3sec to go to take it to OT! The entire rink was cheering them on, the odds were against them tying it up but they won the face off and BAM!!!! After 5min 3-on-3 OT, the game was decided in a shootout. A tough loss in the shootout. They played a great game against what would be the U18 Finalist, Tecumseh Eagles.
U13 Jordan Lions
Played their hearts out all weekend! Made it to the Championship game against the Sarnia Jr. Sting in which they tied 1-1 in round robin play. Unfortunately the game didn't go in their favour and lost 1-0, but memories were made!

CHAMPIONS!!! This team comes out like firecrackers every game, they've grown so much together and are now 2 for 3 tournament Champions!
