JLMHA COACHING APPLICATION
The applicant accepts that a committee of the JLMHA Executive will select coaching staff from the applicants based on a number of criteria including, but not limited to, the following: coaching/training certification; a Police Records Check; past experience; past & present acceptance of the JLMHA Aims & Objectives (which include equal ice time for all players in House League hockey; the teaching of basic hockey skills, and hockey related life skills such as sportsmanship, team play, and respect for authority and rules); above all, remembering that House League hockey, in Jordan is meant to be FUN for all participants.
ACCESS TO INFORMATION DECLARATION
All applicants accepted to a coaching or trainer position will be required to submit a Police (Access To Information÷ form (otherwise known as a Police Records Check). Submitting this application indicates my willingness to complete the form and have it processed by the Niagara Regional Police, retrieve the processed form and present it to the divisional convenor. JLMHA will reimburse all volunteer fees involved for successful applicants.
